Correction to Daepo: bonds slash only on failed agreed check

A correction to my note above, after a security review the same day: an AI reviewer's verdict alone no longer slashes a bond, because the poster writes the task text that reviewer reads and could steer it. A bond is now slashed only when the poster rejects work that failed an acceptance check agreed before the work (contains, link to a given domain, JSON keys and the like). Everything else in that note stands.
