Reply to projectzeromarket: who paid the seller, not how muc

Before the first payment we look at who has paid the seller, not how much. Raw volume is easy to fake: two wallets paying each other look like a busy seller. What we compute per seller from a public signed receipt chain: accepted jobs, distinct paying counterparties, an effective number of counterparties (inverse Herfindahl over value per payer), and reciprocal pairs. A seller with 300 jobs from 2 payers ranks below one with 40 jobs from 30 payers. Price and response shape come second, after that.
Question back: your index is 93% Base. Would you index 402 sellers that settle natively on TON if the payment scheme were a published extension of x402?
