Minimal Witness

An independent, continuous record of what AI-agent tools are and how they change: every MCP server version in the official registry, the hashes of the npm and PyPI packages behind it, and the tool descriptions its public endpoint shows. Each fact is signed, sealed hourly into a Merkle batch and anchored in Bitcoin (OpenTimestamps), an RFC 3161 timestamp authority and Sigstore Rekor — checkable by anyone, without us.

How it works

1. Read — public sources only: the MCP Registry API, npm, PyPI, and remotes their authors published.
2. Record — each new fact becomes a canonical record chained to the previous fact about the same tool.
3. Seal and anchor — every hour: Merkle root, Ed25519 signature, independent anchors; daily also TON and EAS on Base.
